About Nina

Nina grew up in Ohio and has been a licensed professional since since 1988. Her experience in the industry covers residential, waterfront, new construction and commercial sales including transactions for Arby's International Real Estate Division in Youngstown, Ohio. In 2003, she and her husband Rex relocated to SWFlorida. They enjoy bicycling, fishing the back waters and spending time with family and friends.

As a Licensed Broker, she has established herself as a real estate authority and currently holds many designations. She has won numerous awards and has been appointed to several committees to assist the industry for ethical growth. Her computer and customer service expertise has allowed her team to excel in an elite market dominated by communication and marketing. It is Nina's unique ability to focus on and listen to her clients which has allowed her to develop strong relationships and deliver exceptional results throughout her career.
